Returning goods
The following return policy applies to online purchases only, otherwise you must return your goods to the same chain store where you bought them.
1. Returns and exchanges.
1.1 Returns and exchanges are subject to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2 The Buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The registered consignment number must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.
1.3 If the Buyer wishes to return the faulty product(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 days of the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by email, enclosing photographs or a video of the goods and/or parcel describing the problem.
1.4 In the event of a return of the wrong product, the Seller undertakes to replace the product with the correct product. In the absence of the required item, the Buyer shall receive a full refund (for the item plus actual shipping costs incurred).
1.5 Where a faulty product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the faulty product with an equivalent product or to refund the Buyer.
1.6 The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's returns if the product(s) were delivered in good quality or if the packaging of the product(s) has been opened.
1.7 The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's return of the Goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in these Conditions.
1.8 If the Buyer has paid for the Goods by means of a gift voucher, the voucher shall be refunded, together with the amount of any additional payment (if any).
1.9 If the Buyer returns an item purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the item shall be refunded together with the applicable discount.
2. Returns of quality goods
The return of quality goods shall be carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade and the Rules of Retail Trade themselves, the provisions of Article 6.228(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania ("The consumer shall be entitled to withdraw from the distance contract or the off-premises contract, except for the exceptions provided for in Paragraph (2) of this Article, within fourteen days, without giving any reasons and without bearing any costs other than those set out in Article 6.22811 of the present Code, without giving any reason other than those set out in Article 6.22811 of the present Code". In the event that the Consumer concludes a contract of sale (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) by means of communication only (distance contract) and is therefore unable to exercise the statutory right to inspect the goods and assess their suitability prior to the conclusion of the Contract, the Consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the Contract of sale by notifying the Seller in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer has purchased several Goods under one Contract, the Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from all the Goods purchased under one Contract or from only some of the Goods purchased under one Contract.
The period of 14 (fourteen) days for the submission of a written request shall commence from the date of delivery of the Goods(s) to the Buyer or its authorised representative and shall not be extended or in any way linked to the transfer or return of the Goods to the Seller or to any other person for any reason beyond the control of the Seller.
3. Quality goods purchased may be returned within 14 days if:
the returned goods are in their original packaging in good condition;
the goods are unused and undamaged;
the goods are in good condition (no damaged labels, protective films, bags, etc.);
the returned product is in full working order with all the documentation supplied by the manufacturer;
the product is accompanied by the proof of purchase and the warranty card (if any).
4. Quality goods cannot be returned if they are:
goods which have been manufactured to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously tailored to it, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned to the Buyer after they have been delivered to him, because of merchantability loss of properties, perishable or expired;
in other cases where the contract of sale cannot be withdrawn under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
